We believe that psychotherapy is a collaborative relationship between therapist and patient in which we work together to develop insight and understanding into your concerns. We provide a space that is open, safe, and nonjudgmental for you to explore the various aspects of your life. As therapy progresses, we may use a variety of techniques to address your concerns, but the overall goal is to help you to process your past, to feel comfortable and at home in your present, and to feel confident and at peace as your move into your future.
We are highly experienced in assessing a wide range of psychoeducational, psychosocial, and neurocognitive concerns. We will work together to understand your concerns, and develop a plan to help you move forward with confidence. Usually this process consists of an interview and several tests that provide us with helpful information. We can provide diagnoses that will help you to understand your concerns more clearly, and recommendations that will help you to achieve your full potential in academics, the workplace, and life in general.
